GUARANTEE
If you’re not satisfied with a piece of BAMBOO Jewelry, return the item within 60 days for a repair, replacement, or refund.

RETURNS
To return an item for repair, replacement, or refund, please fill out a Return Form (Return Form PDF) and include it with your return. Refunds are made to your credit card or by check, depending upon the original method of payment.

ORDERS
Place orders online, by phone, fax, or by mail (see contact info and hours above). Items usually ship within 24–48 hours from our studio in Alameda, CA. If an item is out of stock we’ll inform you. Credit cards are not charged until orders ship. Please print and use our order form (Order Form PDF) for orders sent by mail or fax. Retain the order form until you receive your shipment in case of discrepancies.

PAYMENT
Pay with AMEX, Discover, MasterCard, and VISA. You can also pay by check if you mail in your order. We hold orders paid by check until payment is verified by our bank. Fax and phone orders must be paid by credit card.

TAX
Orders sent to California must include sales tax. Sales tax not required for orders sent to other states, Canada, or abroad.

DELIVERY
Most U.S. orders should arrive within 3–5 days. We ship via USPS Priority Mail, UPS, and FedEx.

RUSH
For rush orders we offer expedited delivery. The additional cost for rush service is calculated at checkout where you can select the shipping option you prefer. Orders placed by 11:00 am (Pacific Time) ship the same day. Rush orders are shipped Monday – Friday. Expedited delivery is not available to APO/FPO addresses, P.O. boxes, and to some rural areas.

INTERNATIONAL
Orders shipped outside the US., including Canada, are charged the actual shipping and insurance costs according to the service you select. Allow 1 – 4 weeks for delivery to most countries. Duties and taxes, if required, will be collected at the time of delivery. Shipping cost computed online during checkout.

GIFTS
Any items purchased as gifts will, if you request, be sent directly to the recipient. You will be given a chance to enter the recipient's address and a message during the checkout process. When we ship a gift, we include a blank invoice with the shipment which gives the donor's name, address and gift message. No prices are shown on gift invoices. Please enter the recipient's address and a message in the Comments box during the checkout process.

PRIVACY
We treat our online customers and visitors with the same respect and care we've treated all our customers for the more than 30 years we've been in business. We do not sell or rent our customers' mailing addresses or email addresses.
